Products sold on the Website may include physical prints, digital downloads, apparel, or other artwork-related merchandise. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. 4. Shipping & Delivery:

For physical products, we aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the product page. Physical products will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout, refunds and/or free replacements will not be provided due to incorrect entry of shipping address upon check out.

Delivery times vary based on product type, availability, and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays, lost items, or additional fees incurred due to customs or import regulations in your country, or by shipping carriers.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the custom and artistic nature of our products:

• All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. (Please see our Returns & Exchange Policy for more information)

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us via this form within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage attatched to the form. We may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

Any Digital Downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days after the product has been delivered. After 7 days there are no returns or exchanges for any reason. Exchanges will only be made for the exact product/design that was originally purchased (reasonable changes in size will be accepted if that is the reason for return or exchange of apparel only, does not apply to "one-size-fits-most/all products). If you wish to exchange a product, the replacement will not be shipped until the original product is recieved back and you must pay for the additional shipping cost of the replacement product.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THIS FORM (NOT FOR DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, SEE BELOW**). NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED UNTIL THE FORM IS FILLED OUT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW. REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

Valid reasons for returns and exchanges include:

• Wrong size
• Wrong product was received
• Product did not match description*
• Product was misprinted/damaged/defective**

*Products sold on The Sharkbait Shop are unique and made-to-order through a third party manufacturer called Printful. Some variation in color, design, fit and style are to be expected. Products purchased will be made as close to the example photos shown as possible, but may not be exact. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for products that are expected to have variation.

**Return/exchange requests for damaged/defective product must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. If you wish to receive a replacement or refund for a misprinted/damaged/defective/lost in transit product, the replacement will not be shipped or refund processed until the original product is recieved back. If you wish to receive a replacement, it will be for the identical product/color/size/design as the original product and you must pay for the additional shipping cost of the replacement product.

TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, PLEASE USE THIS FORM. NO REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED UNTIL THE FORM IS FILLED OUT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW. REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

For returns/exchanges/replacements/refunds of multiple products in one order, please only submit ONE request form. Choose the form that best fits your claim then provide a detailed description and photographs of which product(s) are not satisfactory. Submitting only one claim per order will help expedite the process of reviewing claims and resovling the problem.
